"La Complainte du partisan" est une chanson écrite à Londres en 1943 par Emmanuel d'Astier de La Vigerie, sous son nom de guerre de Jean Bernard, pour le texte et Anna Marly pour la musique. Cette chanson est diffusée pour la première fois sur les ondes de la BBC à destination de la France occupée.
Le premier enregistrement est celui d'Anna Marly et le titre a été repris notamment par Les Compagnons de la Chanson, par Dominique Walter, par Anna Prucnal, par Lenny Escudero, par Marcel Mouloudji et par Marc Ogeret.
La version anglaise "The Partisan" ou "The song of the French Partisan" a été interprétée par Leonard Cohen, par Buffy Sainte-Marie, par Joan Baez, par Isabelle Aubret ou par Esther Ofarim.
En frison, "De Partisaan" est chanté par Sido Martens alors qu'en italien, "Il partigiano" est interprété par Daiano.
En néerlandais, Herman van Veen chante "De Vluchteling" alors que Yasmine & Thé Lau interprètent "De Partizane".
En polonais, "Partyzant" est chanté par Maciej Zembaty alors qu'en serbe, "Partizan" est interprété par Dzoni Stulic.
En suédois, "Balladen om den franska partisanen" est chantée par Bruno Wintzell tandis que "Partisanen" est interprétée par Sven Wollter et par Jan Erik Lundqvist, ainsi, qu'avec des paroles différentes, par Pelle Ossler.
La version allemande, hé oui il y en a une, est chantée par Max Prosa sous le titre "Der Partisan".
